I started my fitness journey in the Marine Corps, initially adopting a "just do it" mentality - inevitably leading to physical and mental strain. Adding insult to injury...I just wasn’t any good. I wasn’t strong. I wasn’t fast. I was constantly moving and training but I was not improving. Frustrated, I began learning how to actually train and teach my body to be strong.
Now, I want to help YOU...without burnout, without strain, without injury.
